Project details: Building manager contacted SES to assess cracking in the façade of the building. After a structural assessment was completed, it was determined that rusted steel framing was affecting the façade of the building. Repair drawings were submitted to cut and remove all the rusted steel columns and bolts.

Project scope: Sabio engineering was retained to perform masonry, welding, bolting and spray on B50 fireproofing special inspections in this façade repair.

Project duration: 12 months progress.
