Project details: The building owner contacted SES to conduct a structural assessment primarily in the building's parking area. The façade exhibited cracks caused by moisture. After the structural assessment, it was determin that the steel structure was rusting, affecting the building's façade and compromising beams, columns, and portions of the floor slab. A structural design and inspection were subsequently requested.

Project scope: Sabio engineering was retained to perform Structural Report, Structural Drawings and special B76 inspections masonry, welding, bolting, post installed anchor and concrete.
